Meeting Experience of View-Only Attendees They can join only as a view-only attendee. ![]() I f the capacity of the main meeting has reached (299+1 organizer), an attendee won’t be able to join as a regular attendee. Attendees can join or re-join the meeting until the main meeting reaches its capacity again. The available space in the main meeting lets a user join the main meeting if any of the regular users leave the meeting.As a regular user, you can use all the features like sharing audio and video, participating in the meeting chat.Th e user will experience a l l the features according to th e permission assigne d by the or gani z er. Users click the lin k sent by the organi z er fo r joining the meet ing. Regular User’s Experience in the Main Meeting You can only join as a view-only attendee. MICROSOFT TEAMS VIEW ALL PARTICIPANTS FULLAs a presenter, you can’t join the meeting with full access when you left the meeting after reaching capacity. They can re-join and can access all the features even if they left the main meeting. Organi z ers act as a host for the meeting. Microsoft Teams doesn’t support E-discovery for the view-only attendees. The following picture shows you the banner on the top of the meeting screen. Participants who join now will have view-only access ”. Once the meeting capacity is reached, organizers and presenters will receive the banner which informs “ This meeting has reached the capacity. As a presenter or organi z er, you can experience all the features including, audio and video controls rolling out in the Teams meeting. The organizer creates the meeting link and set s the presenter at the time of creation. Roles of Presenter and Organizer in the View-only Meeting Note: Users must be configured with the Microsoft 365 E3/E5 or the Microsoft 365 A3/A5 Subscription for organizing or attending a view-only meeting. MICROSOFT TEAMS VIEW ALL PARTICIPANTS INSTALLTo run the above cmdlet, you must install and connect to the Microsoft Teams PowerShell. To unpin participants, click on the pin visible beside their name, click on the three dots beside their name and click on unpin.Set -CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity Global -StreamingAttendeeMode Disabled If the presentation is stopped, these pinned participants will be visible on the screen again. The pinned participants will remain pinned, but in the banner below, the presentation will be visible again. To switch back to the presentation without unpinning the participants, click on the presentation that will be visible beside your profile in the meeting. Step 2: Click on the three dots beside the name of the participant you wish to pin. Step 1: Open the participants’ section from the top banner option beside Request control. Participants who aren’t visible on the screen can also be pinned from the participants’ section. Furthermore, the same process can be followed to pin participants even if there is no presentation.
